I love the building itself, and the location, which is excellent.
The staff are generally very helpful, and if anything is amiss, it is remedied very quickly.

Best Service in Riu Cancun!
I am continuously impressed with the level of service that this hotel is able to offer. The rooms are very chic and extremely clean, the breakfast makes me feel like I just woke up in Paris and the cocktails are more than generous, but that is certainly not the reason why I keep returning.

The hotel is beautifull, its in front of the beach, and the room is amazing. I really had a wonderful time in this hotel.
